Theme: Transforming Waste into Worth
Workforce Development Focus: Sustainability, Green Jobs, Environmental Literacy, Hands‑On Material Handling

Each workshop provides 36 hours of immersive, hands‑on training, totaling 144 hours across all four workshops, with an additional celebration period for certificate completion. Upon finishing the full program, students also receive a professional reference letter, which they can include in their work portfolios, scholarship applications, or use as an employment reference to demonstrate verified hands‑on training and workforce readiness.
